Puss In Boots

Wrote based on prompts by Simply Snikers. Words that I required to use are boot, bid, and blame. Thanks to Maria for introducing me to Simply Snikers. This piece is written based on the character Puss In Boots in the movie Shrek 2.

There he stood the puss in boots,
Bid for what a cat normally should,
Being naughty and cheeky,
Offering a sword battle against me.

One, two, and he took three steps back,
Knowing that defeating me is a lying fact,
For wasting my time, this cat, I must blame,
Or should I thanked him for got me entertained?

thank him.. he wants to play with you,, so he must like you…. my outdoor kitty just wants his food,, and isn’t adverse to biting the hand that feeds him,, so consider yourself lucky indeed!!!!
