World Of Mine

“Abide to me”,
The devil suggests,
“I’ll give you wealth for eternity”,
“Only fools will reject this evil bless”,
This mortal thinks with his heart,
“I can’t let this offer to depart,
But what must I do in return,
To be a resident of this heaven?”

With a smile the devil speaks,
“Fool your disciple to darkness”,
He can’t think with a mind that’s weak,
“Give them empty promises”,
The devil continue with his plan,
“What if they won’t comprehend?”,
“Turn your heart into a stone,
They’ll soon turn into a dog waiting for his bone”

“What if they won’t stay loyal?”
The mortal being skeptical,
“Plunge their heart with greed,
They are yours as long as they breath”.

His mind is clear,
Such simple plan being laid to his ears,
From his throne he execute them,
Assisted by blinded followers,
Who couldn’t see the real plan,
Where wealth and fame are what they desires.
