World Of Mine

There are four types of user levels available. Those levels are System
Administrator, Editor-in-Chief, Issue’s Editor, and Registered users. Each level of users are
assigned to particular tasks.

Administrator have the rights to assign which users to handle particular pages. Another feature,
users able to select which news to be display on the front page, and also update their page
design.

The main objective of the project is to ease
the works of employee which have to keep related data in folders and papers, and decreasing
the time usage in analysing product’s performance. Currently process being done using pen
and papers, which analysing process is done using Microsoft Excel.

Building a web based will system from scratch. Allowing My Legacy’s staff to manage their
agents, customers, and staff. With this system, customer are allowed to login in order to
check their will information, payments, and agents in charge.

While agents are able to login in order to check information regarding their commissions,
customers, agency, and trainings information. As for staff, they are responsible in adding new
clients, new will, and new agents. They also able to generate reports regarding agency,
agents, wills, trust companies, and qualifier records.

Besides Wordpress, jQuery was also used in this project for Javascript customisation.
